This table lamp is named for its handle: çanta means purse in Turkish, and this piece is easily carried from place to place, making it perfect for those of you who are always mixing it up at home. Midcentury meets contemporary in its design, it’s available in two colors—a fresh forest green and a classic beige. To complement both hues, its iron frame is painted in antique brass.

The MakerOur partner is a robust manufacturing house in Ankara, Turkey, with a long history in lighting. We selected them for their experience with this novel ceramic material and similar materials, as well as their comprehensive metal production abilities.
The DesignerOur in-house, all-star design team collaborates across three different countries. Based in Los Angeles, Istanbul, and Mumbai, they put a lot of thought into each and every collection they design. Starting with the weave itself, they determine material and technique, then create moodboards to capture the look and feel before starting to design. When designs are finalized, they work with the supplier on an extensive sampling process, perfecting each style and color before it goes to production.
