Revival Rewards members earn points when they purchase certain products or services. These points may be applied to future purchases with us. Additional information on the Revival Rewards, including details on how to earn Revival Rewards and other Revival Rewards benefits can be found here. Participation in Revival Rewards is voluntary and Revival Rewards members may withdraw from the Revival Rewards loyalty program at any time by contacting our customer service at hello@revivalrugs.com.
The personal information we request from customers when they sign up for Revival Rewards includes their name, email, and phone number, so we can send reward and program-related information (including relevant marketing), and to ensure that purchases are associated with the correct Revival Rewards account. A Revival Rewards member may also share personal information with us through their Revival Rugs account(s), including username and password, billing, mailing and shipping addresses, phone number and payment method (e.g., credit card) information and brand preferences, or through purchases they make online. When a Revival Rewards member accesses our website and makes a purchase, we collect the same personal information as we do from other Revival Rugs customers as detailed above in this Privacy Policy.
The value of personal information to us is reasonably related to the amount of the discount offered for consumers who enroll in the Programs. We estimate the value of personal information to us based on consideration of multiple factors, including the revenue generated by us in developing insights on our customers; the likelihood of members of our loyalty program making recurrent purchases as a result of receiving discounts; the expenses incurred by us in operating our Programs; and our reasonable assessment of revenue we may generate as a result of the referrals provided to us by our customers.
