Within 1 week of placing your order, you’ll receive an email from our customer service team which includes a CAD mock-up of your custom rug, to make sure you know (and like) what you’re getting. You’ll then have 1 week to reply and approve the design. If we don’t hear back within a week, the order will be cancelled.
